At Real Fake Hair, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Real Fake Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Real Fake Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Items marked as pre-order or custom may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
