RETURN POLICY – REAL FAKE HAIR

At Real Fake Hair, we take pride in offering premium, hygienic, and custom-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following return guidelines.

All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with in any way. This includes removing the hair from its original packaging or disturbing the security seal.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Only)
We accept returns on unopened, unused hair extensions within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The security seal is fully intact
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The hair has not been removed, brushed, or handled

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Inspection & Approval
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the product does not meet return eligibility requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.

Custom Orders & Specialty Shades
All custom-colored, pre-toned, or specialty orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Color Matching Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately represent all shades. However, color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural variation. We recommend consulting with your stylist before purchase if you are unsure.
